Chloride, NM Jeep Run

We attended a week-long FMCA 4-Wheelers Rally based out of Elephant Butte, New Mexico. In addition to the Jeep runs, we had a full Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving day.

The first Jeep run was on November 24, which included the almost ghost town of Chloride, NM. Most of the property there is owned by one person. The general store, now museum, contains almost all the things that were in the store when it was shut down and later sold the the current owners.

There were several areas of native American pictographs that we ran across, pictured here.
