Two interesting places to spend some time in San Diego…
Old Town
Old Town is the oldest settled area in San Diego and the first European settlement in California. It makes for an interesting couple of hours. It has many restaurants, almost all of which are Mexican.
USS Midway
The USS Midway is a retired aircraft carrier that was commissioned just after the end of World War II. At that time, it was the largest ship in the world. She is now a museum, docked in San Diego … a VERY interesting tour.
